TL Execs was founded on a simple belief — that exceptional people deserve to be treated with exceptional care, whether they are a candidate or a client.

Maria McCaulley and Andrew Wilson did not set out to start a recruiting firm. They set out to do recruiting the right way.

Having worked together at Robert Half, they discovered a shared conviction that the industry had settled for too little. Not enough follow-through. Not enough transparency. Not enough genuine respect for the people at the center of every search: the candidates.

Three years ago, they founded TL Execs — short for Team Lead — on the belief that bringing the best people onto your team starts with treating every person in the process as if they matter. Because they do.

Today, TL Execs is a growing team of executive search professionals specializing in technology, healthcare and finance. We share a relentless focus on quality of hire, speed to fill, and the kind of follow-through that most firms only talk about.
