Having worked together at Robert Half, they discovered a shared conviction that the industry had settled for too little. Not enough follow-through. Not enough transparency. Not enough genuine respect for the people at the center of every search: the candidates.
Three years ago, they founded TL Execs — short for Team Lead — on the belief that bringing the best people onto your team starts with treating every person in the process as if they matter. Because they do.
